Terms of Service for Addison Prime Transportation

Welcome to Addison Prime Transportation's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All users must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

  2. Users are solely responsible for their own safety and security when using our services.

  3. Any misuse or abuse of our services will result in immediate termination of the user's account.

  4. By using our services, users agree to comply with all local laws and regulations.

  5. Addison Prime Transportation reserves the right to modify or terminate the services at any time.

  6. All payments for our services must be made in accordance with our payment terms and policies.

  7. Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our services.

Billing

  • The compensation terms outlined by Addison Prime Transportation are detailed in the Booking Confirmation document. Several key factors contribute to the determination of the compensation amount, including the selected vehicle class, distance traveled, advance booking duration, pick-up time, and pick-up location. Additionally, any special requests made at the time of booking, such as additional stops, oversized luggage, or the provision of child car seats, may result in adjustments to the final price.
  • Changes to a ride can be initiated by the driver, the customer, or an authorized guest once the journey has commenced. Any modifications may lead to a recalibration of the applicable rate. In the event that a ride is extended spontaneously—either in distance or duration—based on the customer's or authorized guest's preferences, the service parameters will be reevaluated and re-priced according to the current fee structure. Hourly bookings will be billed in 30-minute increments to ensure accurate invoicing and planning.
  • Decisions regarding additional charges for extended customer time beyond the initially agreed-upon booking duration rest with the discretion of the driver. However, if the actual distance or duration of the ride falls short of the initially booked parameters, the price remains unchanged.
  • For airport, train, or bus pick-ups, a standard waiting period of 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals is included in the fare. Any delays beyond these grace periods will result in additional charges. Wait time is calculated from the agreed-upon pick-up time, adjusted for any delays due to flight, train, or bus schedule changes.
  • A 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pick-up time is included in the rate for all other occasions. Subsequent waiting time is subject to flat-rate charges based on the vehicle category and hourly booking rates.
  • Addison Prime Transportation's drivers are expected to arrive promptly at or before the scheduled start time. In the event of unforeseen delays, a 15-minute grace period is allowed beyond the scheduled start time. If the driver fails to arrive within this window, the ride may be eligible for a partial or full refund, pending evaluation.
  • In cases of driver delay, alternative arrangements may be explored to minimize inconvenience to the customer, including the possibility of booking an Uber ride or subcontracting with another transportation provider.
  • For hourly bookings, the billing period begins and ends at the customer's requested time. Any additional time beyond the agreed-upon duration is considered extra and will be invoiced accordingly, inclusive of regular rates and applicable fees.
  • Customers have the option to settle their invoices using credit card, cash, Zelle, or Venmo transfer. Invoices are delivered electronically via email or text message for convenience. Payment is expected immediately, with cash payments requiring pre-payment of the specified amount.

Child Seats

Child Seat Requests: Customers are encouraged to specify their need for a car or booster seat for children in the "Trip Notes" section during booking. Please indicate the number of seats required and the ages of the children to be transported. An additional charge of $25 per seat will apply.
Liability Disclaimer: Addison Prime Transportation, its drivers, and affiliates disclaim any responsibility or liability in the following scenarios:

The car or booster seat causes harm to the child due to:

a. Incorrect installation by the parent or driver.

b. Malfunction of the seat.

c. Failure of the seat to function as intended in the event of an accident.

Customer Responsibility: Should the customer opt to utilize our car or booster seat, it is their responsibility to ensure proper installation. Customers may inspect, assist with, and/or install the provided seat. Addison Prime Transportation and its drivers are not liable for seat installation.

  • Customer-Owned Seats: Customers are welcome to bring their own seats at no additional charge. However, drivers will not be responsible for the installation of customer-provided seats.
  • Seat Storage: If customers require the driver to store car seats until their return, arrangements can be made for a fee of $20 per seat.
  • Please note that by proceeding with the use of our services, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions regarding child seat usage and liability.

Cleaning Fees

  • Addison Prime Transportation reserves the right to levy a fee should damages to the vehicle or property occur during the provision of our services, attributable to the customer, pets, or guests. The fee, determined at the sole discretion of Addison Prime Transportation, will be contingent upon the nature and severity of the damage or cleaning required.
  • In addition to repair or cleaning costs, customers are liable for any loss of revenue incurred by Addison Prime Transportation during the period necessary for vehicle cleaning or repair to meet company standards.
  • Following service completion, any open containers, bottles, cans, glasses, or similar items will be discarded, and customers will not be charged a cleaning fee, as this falls under minimal cleaning. However, should excessive cleaning be necessary, the driver will assess and determine the applicable fee.
  • Cleaning fees may vary based on the degree of effort required. Addison Prime Transportation handles all cleaning related to bodily fluids (e.g., saliva, mucus, blood, urine, vomit, etc.) with utmost care due to the elevated risk of infectious diseases, and accordingly, charges higher fees for such cases.
  • In most instances, drivers will document damages and share photographic evidence with both the customer and Addison Prime Transportation. Customers will receive a detailed explanation of any cleaning fee charges incurred.

Damages

  • Addison Prime Transportation reserves the right to impose a fee if damages to the vehicle or property occur due to the actions of the customer, pets, or guests during the provision of our services. The amount of such fee shall be determined solely by Addison Prime Transportation and will be based on the type and severity of the damage or cleaning required.
  • In addition to repair or cleaning costs, customers are responsible for covering any loss of revenue incurred by Addison Prime Transportation during the period required for vehicle cleaning or repair to meet company standards.
